Personal information may be stored in both hard copy and electronic format and will only be accessible to Puppy Talk staff in the course of their employment for the purposes of providing training services or responses to enquiries.

All reasonable endeavours will be made to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information collected.

The records containing such personal information will be destroyed when Puppy Talk considers it is no longer necessary to retain them or you make a written request regarding the retention of your personal information.
